5 WAYS TO BATCH CONTENT DURING YOUR PHOTOSHOOT
Batching content is an extremely effective way to save your business time and money! If you are new to batching, here are some tips that you can incorporate batching into your next session.
PREPARE FOR UPCOMING HOLIDAYS OR SEASONS
Take a look at your calendar and see what holidays or seasons you can post about in your business. You can plan your props or outfits around these celebrations. For example, if Earth Day is coming up, you can bring in your favorite plant from home and talk about how you and your business will be celebrating this Earth Day.
2. BRING PROPS AND PRODUCTS
You should bring anything with your brand colors or logos to your session! This is a great way to reinforce brand identity and share when you are low on content ideas. Any product that you use in your day to day business can also be brought so it can be used in “stock” styled images.
3. PLAN AROUND ANNIVERSARIES, LAUNCHES, OR ANNOUNCEMENTS
You can schedule your shoot around when you have a launch, business anniversary, or announcement coming up. To celebrate a business anniversary, you could bring balloons, pop Champagne, or throw confetti. To make an announcement, you can bring a calendar or date tile to announce the date your audience should prepare for and what they can expect. If you plan your sessions around these dates, we are able to maximize content during our time together.
4. PREPARE YOUR OUTFITS
It is important to dress for the upcoming season so that your photos do not look out of date. If you are shooting in March, you might want to plan spring and summer outfits so that the context matches when you share your images. If you’re stuck on what to wear for a sesson and want to skip the line for shipping, RENT YOUR OUTFITS. We highly recommend Rent The Runway for your shoot. Returns are easy, and you are able to rent outfits that match your branding colors and all seasons. Get 40% off with our code for your first month!
5. FILM BEHIND THE SCENES FOR INSTAGRAM REELS OR TIKTOK
Instagram Reels and TikTok are rapidly growing platforms, and we want your business to stay connected! During your shoot, take videos of “behind the scenes” of a photoshoot to share with your audience.
